Haven - Perran Sands
On site you will find the Funworks Entertainment centre which includes amusements, swimming pool (indoor, outdoor, lazy river & flume) and clubhouse. Next to Funworks you will find Slim Chickens & opposite this you will find the Surfbay Restaurant with terrace and bar. Following round from Surfbay is Reception which is opposite the all weather sports court. Next to this is Nisa which stocks Co-op products along with gifts, toys and beach goods too. Along from this is the Hub for various activities. On the opposite side of the pedestrian area you will find a cash machine next to Adventure Golf (opposite the Caravan Sales Office & showground) as well as Papa Johns (Pizza), Cooks Fish and Chip Takeaway & Coast Bar along with an outdoor seating area.
If you don't want to leave the site or drive to a local beach there is direct beach access to Penhale Sands & when the tide starts to recede you can walk along the sand to Perranporth Beach where you will find the world famous Watering Hole pub. Just a little further along at the beach's edge you can find both the Summerhouse (restaurant) & Alcatraz (bar & cafe). Perranporth has many cafes, restaurants, gift shops & pubs to choose from.
For the more adventurous or the history buffs, take a walk across the dunes inland to find the cross & St Pirans Oratory which has been rediscovered & uncovered in recent years.
Directions to Perran Sands Holiday Park
M4 – M5 – A30 travelling through Devon and Cornwall until you reach the turning for Indian Queens and Newquay. After turning off the A30 take a right at the roundabout signposted Newquay and Wadebridge but follow signs for Newquay. At the next roundabout take the exit signposted Indian Queens and Newquay. Follow this road passing Atlantic Reach Resort on your right also passing White Acres Holiday Park. Continue until you reach Quintrell Downs roundabout where you will carry straight on passing the Premier Inn on your left. Continue along this road passing Hendra Holiday Park on your left. At the next roundabout, go straight over passing Morrisons on your right. Continue down the hill through the new housing estate until you reach the roundabout; turn left & continue onto the next roundabout where you will turn right onto the Newquay Road (A3075). Continue along this road until you reach the village of Goonhavern passing Goonhavern Garden Centre on your left. Turn right at the mini roundabouts passing the New Inn pub on your right and continue along this road until you reach a large bend where you turn right into Perran Sands Holiday Park.

As you arrive on site you must stop at the Security Lodge / Check in Hut displaying your car pass(es) so that either a member of the Security team or Haven Staff can check you in. Once checked in please follow the road straight ahead towards the gate & give way sign. You must give way to any oncoming traffic at this point as the road narrows. Proceed forward & follow the road ahead, bear left at the second pedestrian crossing passing the Caravan Showground & Adventure Golf on your right. Take the second left signposted Cribbar Cove & Chy-an-Mor then take the first right into Chy-an-Mor & immediately right again into St Pirans Close. Bear left & we are the third caravan on the left; number 17.
If you wish to use public transport, there are bus stops on either side of the road just outside the entrance to Perran Sands Holiday Park.
